JUROR
TONY SCHANUEL is an internationally recognized, award-winning photographer and artist who fuses his professional background in photography with advanced digital technology to create fine art that transcends both mediums. Schanuel's photographic experience spans more than 40 years. He was one of the first in the Midwest to marry photography with digital technology, beginning in the early 1990s. His career includes 10 years as staff photographer for Union Pacific Railroad and location work for hundreds of corporations through Schanuel Photography. Schanuel was selected by an international panel to exhibit his work at the 2003 and 2005 Biennale Internazional dell’ Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Italy. His photography and digital art has been featured in numerous art and design publications including two books showcasing digital artists and their processes.
